Course of study:  economic and social sciences and history at Ruhr-University Bochum

After having completed his studies, he initially worked as a teacher at a grammar school and a vocational school in Dortmund.

He changed into Executive Search by joining an internationally leading executive search consultancy.

Following his 3 years occupation there, he switched to a smaller executive search boutique, working on high-level search assignments across a broad range of industries.

He joined the SCS as Senior Manager in 2007, specializing in:
