Has been employed as a senior consultant, management trainer and executive coach since 1988.

Is experienced in the implementation of national and international recruitment projects as well as in the conception and carrying out of individual and group assessment centres.

Started work at SCS Personalberatung GmbH, Düsseldorf in 1992. She joined the executive management and became branch manager of SCS Düsseldorf in 1998.

Has been managing director of SCS Personalberatung GmbH since  
1 January 2000.
